Reviews and Ratings
The hotel's location is wonderful, being not far from the leaning tower and the train station, which made it a great spot for exploring the city. The rooms, while generally clean, needed a more thorough cleaning, especially in some areas like the shower and window ledges. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, particularly when we had an issue with the broken lift. The dining options were good with a nice variety of food choices. Overall, a comfortable stay with a few minor drawbacks.
The hotel is like a classic Italian gem, with reasonably sized rooms and extremely friendly and helpful service. The location is perfect, surrounded by great restaurants and cafes, making it easy to explore Pisa. The dining experience may not be exceptional, but the overall value for money is evident.
The hotel provides simple yet well-equipped rooms that are smaller than advertised on the website. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not functioning during my stay. The location is peaceful, with nearby convenience stores and restaurants, making it an ideal base for exploring Pisa and its landmarks.
Despite a few drawbacks, my stay at the hotel was overall enjoyable. The rooms were small and initially seemed dark, but the lift to the 3rd floor was convenient for heavy bags. The service was a mixed bag with helpful and friendly staff, although communication issues arose. The location was ideal for our short stay, being close to major attractions. The dining experience was subpar, directing guests to a nearby cafe, and the breakfast left much to be desired.
